/* static-fixes-2.css - decision 38 (2026-09-29).
 *
 * A NEW file rather than an edit to static-fixes.css: /assets/* is cached for a year
 * (decision 26), so an in-place edit would never reach returning visitors.
 *
 * Linked ONLY from the 12 category/pagination pages with the "Ask a question" form.
 * On those pages a full-width decorative Divi image (.et_pb_image_0_tb_body) sits
 * directly below the form and overlapped the lower half to two-thirds of the Submit
 * button - at 1280x720 a click on the button's centre hit the image and nothing was
 * sent. Inherited from the WordPress site. Raising the button above it fixes clicks
 * without touching the image.
